Blueberry & Beebalm Lemonade

Beebalm unfurls her cosmic mane, fiery crown amidst cool lavender. A circus clown silly from the heat of summer, tumbling through circles of silks. Boozie blueberries and lemonade.

3 lemons
½ C honey
1 ½ liters of pure water or sparkling water
1 C blueberries
bee balm flowers (aka bergamot)

Freeze the blueberries in a single layer so they don’t stick together.
Put the zest of one lemon in a 2L pitcher.
Cut the lemons into quarters and squeeze their juice into the pitcher. Toss the lemons in as well.
Add the water and honey. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
Chill in the fridge.
Serve with frozen blueberries and bee balm flowers thrown into the pitcher.

Optional boozie version:To each glass add a shot of gin, vodka or raspberry liqueur from Ironworks. Yum!
