Holistic Nutrition

What is an RHN?  What can an RHN do for you?

An RHN is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Counselor or Consultant. They can assess your nutritional intake with your symptoms of dis-ease,  and develop a health and lifestyle plan to restore your bodies natural balance.  An RHN cannot diagnose an illness.

Why Holistic?

Your eating habits are directly related to your lifestyle. An RHN will look at what you eat, as well as how and why you eat.

How is Holistic Nutrition different from other diet plans?

An RHN offers lifelong habits of  whole food preparation and self care. Your nutrition requirements change with age, lifestyle, work, pregnancy, growth stages, activity, stress, weight etc. An RHN will  develop an individual plan based on what your body needs according to your lifestyle.

How does Holistic Nutrition support your healing?

With FOOD! The key to good nutrition and good health is REAL food – whole, live, local, organic, delicious food.  Your body is designed to heal itself and needs real food to acquire the fundamental nutrients to do so.

Who needs an RHN?

If you know you’re not living to your full potential, you’re ready to make lifestyle changes and you need some guidance, than an RHN might be the support you need.
